Feature bundles are intended to simplify the packaging process. For example, suppose your organization provides multiple applications, and every application contains common library, help, and graphics features. Instead of manually adding all three features to each of your products, you can create a feature bundle (perhaps giving it the name sampleapp.common) containing the three features, and then simply add the feature bundle to each product.
