FlexNet Operations 2018
You can view a list of accounts that are permitted to access a file in the End-User Portal. Restricting file access to designated accounts is optional. By default, files are accessible to all accounts.
To view file restrictions
| • | On the View File page, click View > View Restrictions. |
The Producer Portal opens the View File Restrictions page. Depending on how the file restrictions were specified, this page lists the accounts that are permitted or denied access the current file. (File restriction lists can be lists of permitted or denied accounts.)
If no accounts appear in the File Restricted To list, then the files is accessible by all accounts.
